inflammation and gut health connection

Is there really a connection between inflammation, pain and gut health?

Back in 2015, I was in so much pain from flare-ups of my skin to severe back, joint and muscle pain…

When you’re gut health is compromised, it has tendency to raise inflammation in your body. It naturally comes up because it protects you.

But when you’re in chronic inflammation because your gut health is not healthy you get what’s called “leaky gut”.

So how does gut health get compromised?

What you do changes the expression of your genes so when your gut health is well by eating good foods and taking out highly  inflammatory foods it can actually change your genetic expression meaning that you can get healthier.

It means genes don’t determine your health, you do.

One of the easiest way to improve your gut health is to lower chronic inflammation in the body by eating good foods and taking out highly  inflammatory foods.

From 2015 to 2018 I did what’s called anti-inflammatory diet or autoimmune protocol. You take out foods that causes
inflammation in the body and add food that supports your gut health such as probiotics and probiotic food as kimchi.

You can heal your gut too!
