When my mom visits me from Korea, I know she will feed me loads of fish!
Koreans’ love of seafood makes sense because South Korea is mostly surrounded by ocean.
We scored these little guys, called capelin, at the 99 Ranch Market, for $2/lb. What a steal!
My mom, the ‘Fish Killa’, smothered them with her special Gochujang sauce and cooked them up right.
You can eat the whole thing; head, tail, and even the delicious roe inside.
The three of us gobbled them up like hungry gophers^^ as we sipped some Sauvignon Blanc.
