Hi There!
I am very close to finishing my long-awaited course, “The Kimchi Master Course”.
I have been working on this specialized course for over two years, and I’m so excited to be so close to wrapping it up for you guys. I’ll be releasing it in the beginning of 2016.
This course will be focused on the concept/principles of kimchi making, as well as making kimchi with locally grown ingredients.
It will include
- 10 videos
- Printable recipes
- Shopping lists
- an FAQs page
- a 30 minute personal chat with Hungry Gopher to answer your personal kimchi questions.
It’s going to be a complete download of everything I know about “Kimchi making”, just for you.
I am going to cover all the bases of crafting kimchi through in-depth, tips and techniques. Upon course completion, you will be able to create your own custom kimchi at home, with confidence.
However, I need your help. Before, I finalize everything, I need to make sure I haven’t missed any important items you want covered.
That’s where you come in. Please take a minute to answer this super-short survey.

I personally love Kimchi, the taste, and the smell. Tho, I want my family to enjoy it as well. Their biggest complaint is the smell of Kimchi. Are there ways to reduce the overall smell so that it is not as pungent, but still flavorful?
Hi Ed,
Thanks for the great input and question. You got me thinking… I have a few ideas I want to experiment… I’ll keep you posted when I come up with something worth sharing =)
Cheers and have a wonderful holiday season~

Hi Gopher:
You have been the only one to teach us when the cabbage has spent enough time in the salted mixture. Your illustration of how to test was extremely helpful to me. I passed it on to three friends who were all delighted and asked for your URL.
A Happy Camper,
Donald
