Gopher loves Kimchi…… and Rice: Kimchi Gimbap

The summer is so delicious in SoCal. Sometimes, the Gopher just wants to pop a tasty bite in her mouth and go out and play. Kimchi Gimbap is a great solution on days like these. All you need is Kimchi, rice, and seaweed. Just roll it all up like a Gimbap pro and you are good to go!
