1. Mindfulness
Shift the paradigm from viewing your body and mind as your best friends, not your enemies. Health transformation is a joyful journey, not a punishment. Rather than raging war against your body and mind, learn about them with the up-to-date science so you can work with them.
Self-care (inclusive love) is a powerful immune system enhancer. Use joy to move you forward. Be kind to yourself. Know that you are much, much more than current symptoms you have.

2. Gut Health

4. Community

While I understand the struggle, get yourself support you first. More often than not, self sabotaging inner voice is the biggest culprit for your health and wellness.
You can not change what others do, but you can change how you respond to it.

5. Sleep
Sleep is a crucial component of your rejuvenation and wellness. This is one of the most overlooked essentials of being able to lose weight, get clear skin and boost your health. Your mind and body are hard at work when you exercise, eat, and perform daily activities. When you sleep, your mind and body rebuild. Without quality sleep, your health will suffer in the long run, no matter how much you exercise or have a perfect diet. You don’t have time to sleep, but you go to the gym at night? Sleep should take priority. While you are sleeping, your body builds muscles, skin cells, and brain cells.

6. Movement
Life is a movement. Even when you are asleep, your heart pounds hard for you, and your brain becomes very active. Walking is free, organic and natural. Movement moves toxins out of your body, helps your digestion, and improves your brain functions. Over-exercising is not necessary nor is fun. Gradual building up is the key. Move your body at your own pace. No need to compare yourself with others. You are unique because you are a wonder of nature. Build slowly, rather than hit it hard and crash.
